Condemned 84 - Singles Collection
Rebellion Records
There has been some pressing troubles with the release of the “Singles Collection” from Condemned 84. Both the digipak of the CD version and the labels on the LP were misprinted and had to be sent back which caused some delay on this release. But Rebellion Records ‘kept the faith’ and the release of this excessive collection of songs by one of Britain’s finest Oi! bands is now a fact!
Because the six 7” and 12” EP’s that are featured on this “Singles Collection” are all long out of print, hard to find and pretty expensive to get a hold on. With other words, you get around 200 bucks worth of music for the price of a normal CD or LP! The die-hard collector might despise this, but ‘up yours’ I say, because to the regular Oi! fanatic this is a very welcome and excellent addition to the collection!
What you get are the following EP’s: “Oi! Ain’t Dead” (1986), “In Search Of The New Breed” (1987), “Euro ‘96” (1996), “Bootboys” (2000), “No Way In / Battle” (2003) and “The Real Oi!” (2010) and includes tons of classic Condemned 84 tracks like “The Nutter”, “Oi! Ain’t Dead”, “The Boots Go Marching In”, “We Will Never Die”, “We’re Gonna Win”, “Bootboys”, “The Sound Of Oi!” and the list goes on and on really. I don’t think these EP’s or songs need any introduction, because whether you love ‘em or hate ‘em, you all know Condemned 84!
Besides the “Singles Collection” Rebellion Records also reissued Condemned 84’s classic album “Face The Aggression”. So save a few bucks on shipping and get them both at once. Oi! ain’t dead and it never will be, thank you for 30 years of service Condemned 84! Let’s make it 40!
