What do you get when you let members of Faction-S, Toltshock, Outreau and Maraboots (just to name a few...) form an all new band? Another Parisian powerhouse of course! Because that’s exactly what the newly formed formation Contusion is and delivers on its debut 12” for Primator Crew and Shoom Records – sheer power!

Released on a single sided 12”, this new outfit with familiar faces drops five originals and a French cover of Condemned 84’s “Teenage Slag” (“Sale Schlag”) and they do so no holds barred! Blasting out of my speakers with full force, Contusion unleashes its savagery with pure impact and real aggro from start to finish, instantly making themselves a force to be reckoned with!

With their boots and Samba’s laced tight, Contusion comes barging in with a vile and hateful sound somewhat influenced by Condemned 84 – that cover isn’t a total coincidence of course, with some additional French swag to it! Just listen to songs like “Haine Et Souffrance”, “Vie Rude” and “Souviens-Toi” and you’ll know what I mean, though fans of Contusion members’ other bands such as Faction-S and Outreau can easily get into this slab of wax as well! I know I do!
