After the thunderous debut EP “Man Thunder” and the thrilling follow-up of seven inches of “Dick In Dixie”, the Pink Panzer saga continues with the release of the bands third release “Hail The New Dong” for Chapter Eleven Records. This time our favorite Oi! boy toys double the trouble with four, instead of two on both previous releases, tracks of pink and pansy Skrewdriver-worship!

 

I know that back in the day Pink Panzer didn’t record too many songs, so I sincerely hope these aren’t the last recordings in the Pink Panzer legacy. But if that’s the case, they definitely saved the best for last with “Hail The New Dong”! Not only because this slab of wax contains the most of tracks, also because it contains some of the best tracks this band has ever recorded. And with both “Man Thunder” and “Dick In Dixie” already being incredibly good and extremely hilarious releases, I don’t think I have to explain how great and fun “Hail The New Dong” is. An absolute must-hear for those who like to dress up like Rob Halford and rock out to “Hail The New Dawn”... or for those who like some excellent tunes and can handle the joke of course!

 

So time to shave your head, wax your legs, get into your leather again and all hail the new dong! All this masculinity is available through Chapter Eleven Records on black vinyl (250 copies), white vinyl (250 copies) and white vinyl with black splatter (100 copies), while Contra Records distributed a limited European edition of 100 copies on pink vinyl!
