Revertt - Bermeo Skinhead Hardcore

Mendeku Diskak

Mortalis, Cuero, Irmo, Puro Odio, Contempt... If there's one label that has been releasing one killer release after another it must be Basque Country's Mendeku Diskak! The music, the artwork, the packaging... it's all top quality and makes you wish their next release would come sooner than later. Fortunately I've received some of their latest in the mail more recently and the last, though certainly not the least, of that batch is Revertt's debut EP "Bermeo Skinhead Hardcore"!

Now these lads from - who would have thought - Bermeo, can easily add themselves to the list mentioned above. Altough Revertt leans more on the hardcore-punk side of things, the band definitely delivers the same amount of wild savagery most of Mendeku Diskak's latest releases are known for and it's fairly brilliant to say the least!

Brought with the same rawness as last year's (digital) demo, the "Bermeo Skinhead Hardcore" EP beats its predecessor on every level. It's rawer and far bruter, but also the recordings are way more powerful than last year's effort, making sure tracks like "Kentsata Gauz", "Ultra Violencia" and "Bermeo Skins" stomp out of your speakers! A sick EP that will make you want to flip over and over again!

Released on limited, ultra clear vinyl (162 copies) and your regular black vinyl (360 copies), Revertt's "Bermeo Skinhead Hardcore" is a must for all you hardcore hooligans out there - you won't be disappointed!
