Ever since Suede Razors dropped their debut single on Pirates Press Records in 2014, the formula – with exception of 2017’s “Razor Stomp” mini-LP – has been the same: One 7” single, two tracks and 45 revolutions per minute of raucous, steaming bovver beats! And why change a winning team? Exactly, you don’t – not even when you’re down to your sixth single already!

 

This time released by Contra Records and LSM Vinyl, the Bay Area bootboys kick out a thumping new stomper in the form of “The Bovver & The Glory”, while an exciting, rowdy cover of Billy Karloff Band’s “Crazy Paving” adorns the flipside. But whether these guys record an original track or a nearly forgotten gem, they always manage to make it their own – big, loud and scorching!

 

Therefor this 45 is no exception. With its heavy rhythm section, loud guitars, massive chants and front man Darrel’s great, significant vocals, Suede Razors are – once again – killing it! Outdoing themselves with nearly every release they put out, you know you can always expect these lads to be on top of their game, resulting into another, superb 7”!
