With a band name like The Flex it was only a matter of time before these guys would release their first flexi 7”. Still took them three years though, but their first wobbly piece of vinyl is out now on Milk Run Records and Bleeding Edges with the, can I say genius(?), title “Flexual Healing Vol. 5: Do Ya Think I’m Flexi?”.

 

So where the previous “Flexual Healing’s” came out on old-school cassette tapes, their latest heal session is coming out on an even ‘old-schooler’ soundsheet. I love those wobbly pieces of vinyl and I wish I had more of them, especially if they contain bangers like “The Cull” and “Macho Jock Hardcore”, the two ragers on “Do Ya Think I’m Flexi?” brought to you by one of Leeds finest!

 

Unlike the cassettes, “Flexual Healing Vol. 5: Do Ya Think I’m Flexi?” isn’t as limited. With 1,000 copies pressed there is enough flexiness for everyone this time around! So if you are into some proper UKHC grab a copy, because once again The Flex definitely make it worth your buck!
