The Wheelz are so fuckin’ neat that Tape Or Die had to do a second press of the sold out “Are So Neat!” cassette! Originally this four-track cassette EP was released in 2013 and although the songs remain the same, the artwork had a small facelift (from black and yellow black and yellow black and yellow to blue and white) and boom! 50 more tapes! Good thing, because back in 2013 I was still listening to 8-tracks and missed out on the first edition.

 

What you get on “Are So Neat!” are three The Wheelz originals, “Wanna Get Drunk!”, “Wormz” and “Be Like you”, and The Partisans cover “So Neat” originally from the EP with the same title The Partisans released on the almighty TKO Records label. Musically The Wheelz are a bit streetpunk, a bit drunkpunk, a bit ’77 punk and a bit pogopunk, but to make a long story short, The Wheelz are punkfuckin’rock! Just imagine Blanks 77, Antidote, The Riffs and The Bad Engrish getting it on and nine months later The Wheelz pop out, surprise! A good surprise though, because these four slammers are off the punk-rock wall!

 

So if you missed out the first time, now is your chance to grab one of the last copies of The Wheelz’ “Are So Neat!”! Right in time before these Tulsa punx unleash their first vinyl release! Neat neat neat!
